Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir it well.
Store it in a jar.

 - ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
 - ½ teaspoon ground cloves
 - ½ teaspoon ground ginger
 - ½ teaspoon ground white pepper
 - ½ teaspoon coriander seeds
 - ½ teaspoon of grounded cardamon
 - ½ grounded aniseeds
